Brand Cast — No Return Policy

At Brand Cast, all products and digital deliverables are created with premium quality and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our work, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

• Brand Cast does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any products or digital content once the purchase has been completed.

• This includes, but is not limited to: digital content credits, creative assets, video content, custom deliverables, templates, and all branded materials.

2. Digital Goods & Downloadable Content

• Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, no refunds or returns will be issued after delivery.

• All digital files are considered final upon receipt.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Content

• All custom content, including commercial videos, graphics, edits, and branding materials, are non-refundable once production or editing has begun.

• Revisions or adjustments are handled according to the agreed-upon project scope but do not qualify for refunds or returns.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Files

• If a file is corrupted or delivered incorrectly, Brand Cast will replace or correct the file at no additional cost.

• This does not qualify as a return or refund; it is considered a fulfillment correction.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Any attempt to dispute a completed purchase will be considered a violation of this policy.

• Brand Cast reserves the right to provide documentation proving delivery and fulfillment.

6. Policy Updates

• Brand Cast reserves the right to update or modify this No Return Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request.
